Good Question
:
3:26

Life tends toward chaos, or so it seems all too often. And, we bear the weight of it trying to keep trudging on in the direction of our goals and dreams. It can break a person. That's not to say a person is weak. The struggle can be more than many can carry.

What few of us were taught is the power and necessity of pausing, taking a break, taking a breath. How that break looks and what is done are entirely individual. What works for one doesn't always work for someone else.

Take the time to figure out what sort of break you can take to lessen the load and make your day lighter overall. If you can, take a break every day. It's good for your mental health.

The image, 'Retreat', was inspired by the line, "Only you can find your quiet place." I hope you have or find yours.

Intro:
Good question
Good question
Good question
Good question

V1:
You’re running here
Running there
But are you going anywhere?
Here a push
There a pull
So many things your mind is full
You need escape
A get away
As brain fibers start to fray
What can you do?
Where can you go?
To find the peace you used to know

Ch:
Run away
Somewhere safe, somewhere quiet
Take some time
Clear your mind of confusion
Find yourself
Your heart holds the answers
Where to go?
Now, that’s a good question

V2:
This can’t be it
All that there is
Something seems here quite amiss
You’re working hard
Playing your part
When does the “you time” get to start
Life’s in the way
No, that’s not right
Perhaps you’ll get more sleep tonight
See things more clear
A brand new day
Just like the last one, sad to say

Ch:
Run away
Somewhere safe, somewhere quiet
Take some time
Clear your mind of confusion
Find yourself
Your heart holds the answers
Where to go?
Now, that’s a good question

Br:
Only you can find your quiet place
But once you find it visit every day

Ch:
Run away
Somewhere safe, somewhere quiet
Take some time
Clear your mind of confusion
Find yourself
Your heart holds the answers
Where to go?
Now, that’s a good question

Ch:
Run away
Somewhere safe, somewhere quiet
Take some time
Clear your mind of confusion
Find yourself
Your heart holds the answers
Where to go?
Now, that’s a good question

Outro:
Run away
Find yourself
Take some time
Take some time
Good question
Good question
