Esther played a private set at my home in May. It was a special group of guests: all women, all moms of special needs children. It was really important to get this one right, and Esther nailed it! In the weeks leading up to the event, she and I spoke several times about my vision for a night of empowerment and connection. Esther listened and asked lots of questions. She asked to come see the space in advance so she could plan, she brought all of her own equipment, and on the big day she arrived early so she could do audio tests and be fully prepared to greet my guests! In between each song Esther did a quick explanation of why she picked each song. Her voice is incredible. She asked me in advance for one of my favorite songs and did a beautiful acoustic version of her own creation. Esther made my vision of “sisterhood” that night come true, exceeding all of my dreams! ~ Cheryl C.
